Chatham County Line

Here's a newish one for the band Chatham County Line playing Dublin next week. I have about 2 or 3 more CCL posters in the archives. The pattern in the background is the trees from their latest album cover, Wildwood.

The Avett Brothers

The Avett Brothers played a sold out gig in CrawDaddy earlier this year. I did two posters for this, the one on the left is the original and is a straight album cover job. Then I was asked to do another with the lads on it, which is here too. Interesting.

Imelda May

Imelda May tour from last year when she rocked the O2. Massive gig. Pretty straight poster.

Field Music

Field Music playing here in a couple of weeks. Ok so the agent poo-pooed this version of the poster but I prefer it to the one that's going out.

Joris Voorn

Had to knock out a few last minute jobs before I go on holiday at the end of the week. Here's a quick one for Joris Voorn that turned out well.

Damo Suzuki & The Jimmy Cake

Here's a poster for a gig happening next month. Damo Suzuki goes about the world hooking up with local musicians and creating one-off nights of music. Had a bit of fun with this poster.

Toots & the Maytals

Toots is back in Dublin this summer. I do believe he's using the same promo shots as 3 or 4 years ago! No harm.

Stornaway

Here's a poster for Oxford band Stornoway. Land Lovers ended up supporting on the night. The day after this gig was Record Store Day where Stornoway played a free gig in Tower Records. They were good. I liked it.

Andrew Weatherall

Here's a poster for a Andrew Weatherall DJ gig in Galway last week. Kelly's has a template they like to use, that's the strap. I'll always associate Andrew Weatherall with the remix of My Bloody Valentine's Soon that was a staple of the indie disco inthe 90s. Probably still is.
