In progress
I've blocked out the details on this one. This was something that I was asked to work on a while back. With a short brief I put together 7 or 8 designs for it. I liked this one (as well as some of the others) and would have liked to see where it could have gone. Unfortunately the whole thing was scrapped. It happens.
Kaleidoscope 2015 season launch
I've been working with the great people behind the Kaleidoscope nights for a while now. They have just launched into another season and wanted a slight change of a look. I knew I wanted the keep the logo and to go for a brighter overall poster than the previous dark ones. I carefully built this graphic and look forward to seeing how it evolves.
Gary Showbiz
My mate Gary recently put out his latest collection and asked me to do a cover for it. This fits very well with the theme of the album and he loved it.

Lower Dens
Lower Dens return to Dublin in October promoting their new album with the groovy cover. A little bit of work was required to make this look good as a poster and here it is.

Following on from B Post's two EPs earlier this year Will went and released a full album called Voyager. He asked me to put together a cover for the album that works with the whole space theme that he has going on.
Maloney's Magical Weatherbox
Irish author Nigel Quinlan's book, The Maloney's Magical Weatherbox, was released recently. I was asked to prepare a commemorative one colour t-shirt based on the book's cover art. Happy to do this.

The second poster for Unshaped Form's residency in Bello Bar. We were going to continue with the vintage projectors but since UF play music to silent and short films I decided to look for stars of the silent era. This image is from Josef von Sternberg's Underworld from 1927.

Unshaped Form
Members of 3epkano have started a new residency in Bello Bar (formerly The Lower Deck). They'll be playing along to short films and silent films. I'm not sure if they're playing original music or not. It seems like an interesting night, for fans of Kaleidoscope Night.

B Post
Musician Wil McDermott announced that he was putting out an EP of new instrumental electronic music. This was a new solo project after years of playing bass and keyboards in bands over the years. I asked Wil if he needed any help with artwork. He pointed me at some covers to get jist of what he was into and I powered ahead. The result is Dark Matter. Check it out.
Then b post goes and announces another EP, called Singularity. Wil wanted the dreaded "same but different" art. I needn't have worried. This was a piece of piss, the first draft was approved and the EP was online within an hour.
